• Flourless Chocolate Cake

I've had good luck subbing half the sugar in recipes like this with honey. I'd also opt for organic, fair-trade chocolate for an intense cocoa flavor with less fat.
  • Chilled Melon, Yogurt, and Ginger Soup

Why not end on a chilled soup? This is a good way to use up any extra melon you have hanging around too.
  • Strawberry Melon Gazpacho

If you are having a big, messy meal, like BBQ, this is the ideal, refreshing ending. Or it would be a fabulous breakfast, paired with granola!
  • Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

This is like strawberry cheesecake with more berry than cake (so way healthier, but you still get that delicious taste combo).
  • Apple Clafouti

You can make this dessert with the early apples that are just coming into season, and sub honey for sugar.
  • Gooseberry Galette

Gooseberries are beautiful but may be hard to find, depending on where you are in the world; this could work with blueberries too.

  • Mini Rainbow Fruit Pizzas

Use whatever fruits are freshest at the farmers market...there's no way you can get this one wrong!
  • Roasted Peaches with Ice Cream

Sub conventional ice cream with coconut milk ice cream (my pick), ice milk, or naturally sweetened frozen yogurt, and it's a lower calorie and still-creamy dessert!
  • Baked Cinnamon Peaches

What could be sweeter, healthier and prettier than baked peaches?
  • Rich and Fluffy (but Still Skinny) Raspberry Mousse

Again, just add honey in place of the sugar here (I'd do it to taste, but 1/4 cup should be plenty). The Greek yogurt makes this healthier and a bit tangy too, a perfect complement to the raspberries.
