  • 3-4 stalks fresh rosemary.
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled.
  • 1/2 cup liquid, this can be either water, stock or wine (if Whole30′ing don’t use wine).
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes.
  • 1-2 tbsp grass-fed butter, ghee or coconut oil.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • Sea salt.
  • Freshly cracked black pepper.
