Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 ribs celery, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14-ounce) can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (14-ounce) can assorted beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
  1. Spritz a large pot with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey to the pot. Using a wooden spoon, break up the meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions, celery, and garlic and stir. Cook for 3 more minutes until turkey is cooked through.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add the seasonings.
  6. Stir well, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add the beans, and stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Divide the chili between 4 bowls. Top with cheddar, sour cream, scallions, and avocado as desired, and serve.
