Superfood Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
⅔ cup almond milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt
3 kiwi fruit
½ cup blueberries
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Divide the oats between 2 jars.
Add the chia and hemp seeds.
Add the almond milk.
Add the Greek yogurt.
Stir the oats.
Cover the oats with a lid or plastic wrap and place the jars in the fridge overnight.
Peel and dice the kiwi.
Add the blueberries and kiwi to the oats.
Drizzle with honey and serve.
