  • 4 large leaves bok choi (approx. 200g)
  • 4 large leaves Napa cabbage (approx. 150g)
  • 100 grams baby corn
  • 100 grams snow peas
  • 100 grams broccolini
  • 3 Portobello mushrooms (approx.. 150g)
  • 8 radishes, finely sliced
  • 5 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (2cm x 2cm), finely grated
  • 1 small red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small handful fresh coriander leaves (approx. 15g), finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. white rice vinegar
