  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 baby bok choy
  • 1 handful snow peas
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 handfuls watercress
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 handful peanuts
