Starbucks' Fall Menu Offers More Than Just Pumpkin Spice
Autumn represents the return of lots of seasonal foods, and lately, with pumpkin season comes all the seasonings in pumpkin spice blend. Starbucks' famous Pumpkin Spice Latte is now one of the better-known seasonal drinks, and it'll be coming back shortly before the official start of autumn alongside plenty of other seasonal fare with both pumpkin and pecan flair to it. The massive coffee chain has just announced its complete fall menu, which will hit Starbucks stores on Tuesday, August 26.
Plenty of the banner drinks on the menu are pumpkin spice-related, including the famous PSL and two cold drinks: the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai. If you're not into pumpkin flavors, though, there's still plenty more to enjoy with this rollout. Pecan-themed drinks are also on the fall menu, including the brand-new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and the Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. On top of all that, there's going to be a special pecan cold foam that can be ordered on any iced beverage throughout the fall. That way, you'll be able to add autumnal nutty flavor to lots of drinks even if you don't opt for a full-on cortado or latte.
Plenty of other treats are joining the menu
A handful of fall-themed pastries and snacks are also set to join the seasonal menu, including Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins and Raccoon Cake Pops, which are those popular, frosted balls of cake served on a stick, only this time in the adorable shape of raccoon heads. Interestingly, there's also a new Italian sausage egg bite; it's not particularly seasonal but has a delectable-sounding trio of sausage, sundried tomatoes, and Monterey Jack cheese folded into an egg and cooked sous vide. The chain will also be rolling out new drinkware and bringing the Single-Origin Guatemala Casi Cielo Coffee back as its featured medium roast.
Lastly, you've got a few even fancier drinks if you're near a Starbucks Reserve location — specialty cafes where the company sells more high-end drinks and single-origin coffees and which includes stores in New York, Chicago, and Starbucks' hometown of Seattle. Here, they'll be selling Tiramisu Lattes, a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan, Starbucks Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew. If you're not a sugary pumpkin spice latte fan (although you can easily order pumpkin spice lattes with less sugar), you've got lots of choices.
