This Emily In Paris Star Is A Big-Time Fan Of Taco Bell
When you think about Hollywood eating, you probably imagine a lot of healthy, perhaps unusual food: carrot juice margaritas, raw goat's milk, spirulina popcorn, and whatever else Gwyneth Paltrow is cooking up these days. However, a lot of celebs are just like us, and sometimes they also enjoy a trip through their favorite drive-thru. We previously learned that many celebrities have a favorite McDonald's order, but at least one stage and screen star is repping for all the T-Bell lovers. Ashley Park, who stars as Mindy Chen in "Emily in Paris," is a bonafide Taco Bell devotee. In 2022, Park dished to Nylon magazine about Chalupas rocking her world, and how, when she was on Broadway, the opening of a Taco Bell Cantina was both a blessing and a curse in terms of how much time and money she spent there.
In early 2025, Taco Bell elevated Park to VIP status by tapping her as host of their second-annual Live Más LIVE event, where the company announced its new rolled poblano quesadilla. Park's fangirl hype was real, with her divulging hilariously to the audience that the Bell might be her longest-running relationship. She shared that, when she's filming in Paris, she badly misses Taco Bell, which currently has no locations in the City of Lights. Taking advantage of her platform, Park pleaded with Taco Bell execs to bring the chain to France so that she isn't deprived of her favorite snacks while on set.
Park isn't alone in loving Taco Bell
There's something magical about Taco Bell — Park's character Mindy Chen might say it has a certain je ne sais quoi. Maybe it's the unexpected ingredient Taco Bell adds to its guacamole. But Ashley Park isn't the only famous Taco Bell superfan. Anna Kendrick loves a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, for example, and even joked that she would be willing to commit crimes if it would stop the chain from discontinuing her favorite items. Chrissy Teigen, a noted home cook, admits that a Doritos Locos Taco is her guilty pleasure in the midst of a "clean" diet. Dolly Parton, for her money, likes to combine a fan-fave Mexican Pizza and a Taco Supreme. And, of course, who could forget when Lebron James and Doja Cat teamed up in Taco Bell's 2025 Super Bowl ads, inspired by their real-life passion for the fast food giant?
Famous celebrities are oftentimes surrounded by nutritionists, personal trainers, and chefs to make sure they fuel their bodies to look and feel great, but it's fun to know that, sometimes, they indulge in the cheesy, crunchy, ooey-gooey goodness of takeout Tex-Mex. Next time we are craving Taco Bell, we'll be sure to pour out some Baja Blast for Ashley Park in the hopes that, wherever she is, she has ready access to a Chalupa.
