Dhruv started his career working for one of the world's largest coffee and tea companies and spent his workdays crafting and testing food pairings. As a writer, he has covered topics like food, history, cinema, music, and self-help and has also written a book on herb gardening. When he's not writing, Dhruv heads into the kitchen to recreate his favorite newly discovered restaurant dishes. His cooking philosophy centers on simplicity and fresh ingredients.


Dhruv has a master's degree in economics from the University of Amsterdam.
