The 7 Best New Costco Items Of 2025 (So Far)
One of the common mistakes customers make when shopping at Costco is sticking to their same old list of staples and not scouring the warehouse for new items. Unlike a regular supermarket, which may stock a staggering 30,000 SKUs at a time, Costco maintains a trim supply of only about 4,000 — and it rotates its inventory regularly to promote a "treasure hunt" shopping experience. While some items are perennial and unlikely to vacate stores any time soon, like Costco's popular Kirkland Signature brand bottled water, others come and go.
While it may be frustrating to find a new favorite and watch it disappear in short order, this also means that Costco is always introducing new items to fall in love with. With 2025 rapidly drawing to a close, let's take a look back at the new products that excited us when we went shopping at our favorite bulk retailer this year. Whether they will still be in stock by the time you read this is up in the air, but we're confident that Costco will only have more surprises coming for 2026 ... and beyond.
Kirkland Signature Favorites Candy Variety
How much candy you should buy for Halloween is a matter that depends on self-reflection. It's not just how generous you plan to be with the trick-or-treat crowd, but how much you, yourself, really plan to eat. With a couple bags of this delicious all-chocolate mix of candy treats, which was new for September 2025, you can nosh all the goodies you love without worrying about running out. Variety is the spice of any Halloween bucket, and you'll be spoiled for choice with several all-time faves: M&M's, Snickers, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, among others.
Pizzeria Uno Triple Pepperoni 2-Pack
Craving the kind of indulgent, filling deep-dish pizza for which Uno Pizzeria is famous, but not anywhere near one of its restaurants? Lucky you, because Costco recently rolled out an item that's sure to become a weeknight favorite: a double helping of the chain's Triple Pepperoni pies, which constitutes enough grub to feed a large, hungry family after evening extracurriculars. When we ranked frozen pizza brands, it became apparent that deep dish pizza is a rarity in this sector. Pick up a two-pack this autumn and enjoy takeout flavor at warehouse pricing.
Kirkland Signature Snacking Nuts, Variety Pack
Costco rang in the New Year with a snack pack that was sure to thrill those who resolved to get more protein in their diets in 2025: 30 individual packages of peanuts, almonds, and cashews, ensuring that you got to mix things up when it came to your munching. These packs are the perfect size for a lunchbox, but you could even add your nuts to some crackers and fruit for a festive charcuterie board! As of this writing, this cost-effective and handy variety pack is still available online and at certain warehouses.
Green and Sunny Pad Thai
March may have went out like a lamb, but the sauce in these four-packs of gluten-free pad thai was spicy enough to have us roaring like lions. Obviously Asian noodles that you microwave will never compare to your favorite takeout joint, but these Costco packs were a lot cheaper, as well as being easier than cooking from scratch — remember that making stir fries is one of the few times to rinse your noodles! Unfortunately, the Green and Sunny pad thai has gone out of stock in the last half-year, which is a bummer — but keep an eye out for them, in case they return.
Kirkland Signature Marshmallow Crispy Cookie
In August, Costco treated us to a tantalizing LTO ... a brown butter cookie studded with rice cereal pieces and gooey marshmallow. Whoever thought of mashing up a Rice Krispies Treat with a cookie is a genius, in our humble opinion. Baking cookies can take a while, especially if you are chilling your dough. Grabbing one soft, pillowy cookie from the Costco box can be a bit too easy, on the other hand. Alas, these cookies are gone now, at least for the time being. Just like the main character of a hit Netflix drama, however, we'll always have summer.
Star-Spangled Flag Jonny Pops
May brought with it Memorial Day and the start of the summer patriotic holidays. This year, May also brought festive flag-spangled Jonny Pops. These red, white, and blue striped popsicles were made for poolside slurping, or handing out after grilling perfect burgers. Just like summer 2025, however, the availability of these Jonny Pops has come to an end. Don't despair completely, however — Costco carries other Jonny Pops regularly, including organic push-up freezer pops and we wouldn't be at all shocked to see these return for next summer.
It's Your Churn Grass-Fed Flavored Italian Butter Variety Pack
We've heard of a restaurant with a gourmet butter service, but we never imagined having high-quality compound butter at our fingertips ... until this past February, that was. Just in time for a romantic Valentine's Day pasta dinner, Costco served up a two-pack of premium flavored butter. Melted on spaghetti or spread thick on artisan toast, these two flavors guaranteed your loved ones would be impressed. Sadly, these butters are currently out of stock ... but, if you have $150 lying around, Costco does have honey caviar butter online!
