November 2026: Hot Costco Items You Won't Want To Miss
Look, we never need an excuse to go to Costco. We like to stop by frequently for a cheap, juicy rotisserie chicken (which has a two-hour shelf life for maximum freshness) and a hot dog combo that, improbably, has stayed $1.50 for all these years. That's to say nothing of all the other items we keep on our year-round shopping list for stocking up at great prices. But we'd be remiss if we didn't give a shoutout to the treasure hunt for new items at Costco, the likes of which are released about monthly to keep stocks fresh and shopping exciting.
With the calendar about to flip to November, our minds are fixated firmly on the upcoming holidays. We're decking the halls, preheating our ovens, and finalizing our guest lists. When it comes to grabbing Turkey Day must-haves, Costco is definitely bringing the goods, both when it comes to limited-time treats and returning seasonal faves ... and the store hasn't forgotten that we still need daily snacks and treats to keep us fueled for the special occasions ahead. When you're grabbing TP and coffee at the warehouse retailer, you might turn your attention to grilling cheese, a great deal on instant noodles, and a pallet of energy drinks to keep you buzzing 'til December rolls in. Keep in mind that all pricing info was current as of this writing and that product availability is subject to change from location to location.
Starbucks Strawberry Açaí Refreshers Concentrate
Craving one of those Starbucks handcrafted drinks made to order by a barista but don't feel like paying $7 for a trenta? Costco has you covered with a big jug of Refreshers concentrate that can be used to whip up a whole tray of drinks for yourself and your loved ones. Just add ice and your choice of water or lemonade. Not only is this a money-saver, but you also need not stare down the lengthy, sluggish Starbucks drive-thru line, either.
Purchase a 32-ounce bottle of Starbucks Strawberry Açaí Refreshers Concentrate for $7.93.
Maven's Creamery Black Sesame Ice Cream
As quirky as the viral sweet corn ice cream, but able to be stashed in your freezer, these pints of black sesame ice cream are ready to stand in as a mature treat. Maven's boasts real California dairy products in its base and no artificial flavors. You can also catch its Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee pints in-store, but we're a little fixated on this dark, delish novelty flavor.
Purchase a two-pint pack of Maven's Creamery Black Sesame Ice Cream for $18.15.
Lovebird Cinnamon Crunch Protein Cereal
It's not going to topple Wheaties Protein Breakfast Cereal, which has the most protein we've seen in a breakfast cereal so far, but we're super impressed by the macros and ingredients in this sack of nutritious, crunchy breakfast fodder. It's gluten-free, features no refined sugars, and packs 11 grams of protein per serving thanks to grass-fed whey on the ingredients list. The spice-kissed cinnamon crunch flavor is definitely a bonus, too, and sounds super yummy to pair with a bowl of cold milk.
Purchase Lovebird Cinnamon Crunch Protein Cereal for $14.74.
Carr's Table Water Crackers Regal Selection
We previously covered a Farberware charcuterie board we loved at Costco, but don't forget that the membership club also has what you need to cover said board in abundant goodies. This generous box of Carr's crackers comes with six sleeves of four different flavors, which might just be enough to keep you stocked from now 'til New Year's Day. Whether you're dipping, scooping, or pairing with cheese and cold cuts, these round crackers might be just what you're missing.
Purchase a six-pack box of Carr's Table Water Crackers Regal Selection for $14.74.
Hamlet Belgian Christmas Chocolates
With confections in delightful holiday shapes like reindeer, Santa, Christmas trees, and snowmen, these hazelnut-filled chocolates will look as pretty as they taste good. The festive red box makes this package perfect for gifting (we can see picking it up for an office white elephant swap), but you might just be tempted to keep it for your own enjoyment. The box comes with 28 chocolates, which is exactly enough to fuel you between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2026.
Purchase Hamlet Belgian Christmas Chocolates for $13.61.
Ghost Energy Drink Variety Pack
Let's face it: this time of year can be downright exhausting. 'Tis the season for energy drinks, and Costco has a great deal on a variety pack from Ghost Energy. They're plentiful, tasty, and can go toe-to-toe with our list of energy drinks with the most caffeine — in short, there's a lot to love about this Ghost Energy assortment. You get 18 cans split between three popular flavors for high-octane sipping.
Purchase an 18-count Ghost Energy Drink Variety Pack for $31.77.
Kirkland Signature Paneer Cheese
We know the mistakes to avoid when grilling cheese (skipping the oil is a big whoops, for one), but we need the cheese itself. That's where Costco comes in. Grilled paneer is an excellent meat-free option for our vegetarian friends, and, with this double serving, you will have enough queso for all your special events. For less than $10, you get two pounds of cheese that will take to spices or seasonings beautifully and won't melt under high heat.
Purchase a twin pack of Kirkland Signature Paneer Cheese for $8.39.
Nissin DanDan Spicy Sesame Seasoned Asian Noodles
In between frantic spells of cooking major feasts for your loved ones during one of the most festive times of year, sometimes you just need a quick munch. Instant noodles are a perennial fave, and these spicy sesame DanDan noodles are a bit of a break from stodgy old ramen packets. You get a dozen containers that you can pack easily for lunch or warm up when you have a few free minutes and a hunger in your stomach.
Purchase a 12-pack of Nissin DanDan Spicy Sesame Seasoned Asian Noodles for $14.74.
Kooshy Classic Sourdough Stuffing Mix
Stove Top brand is all well and fine, but when a superior stuffing is called for, you want this sourdough mix from Kooshy. This wholesale box comes with three packets so you can whip up a monster batch for Thanksgiving with plenty of leftovers. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have to worry about the best way to fix soggy stuffing. You can make this mix on the stovetop or in the oven if you have more patience.
Purchase a three-pack of Kooshy Classic Sourdough Stuffing Mix for $11.34.
Carnegie Cheesecake Bites Covered in Dark Chocolate
In November, we may get worried about common mistakes when cooking Thanksgiving turkey, but an underrated blunder is failing to secure the most delicious Turkey Day desserts. Pumpkin pie is a given, of course, but lots of diners enjoy chocolate and cheesecake, and this bag of frozen cheesecake bites ensures that you get the best of both. These treats are picturesque enough for setting out on a platter as-is, but we might garnish them with cut strawberries for a little extra panache.
Purchase Carnegie Cheesecake Bites Covered in Dark Chocolate for $10.20.
